Sofi Akbar remembered on anniversary

Various leaders of MeA took part in the function organized in memory of Sofi Akbar. The participants, while paying tributes to MeA founder, said that he remained steadfast in his struggle and never compromised on his principles and ideas.
The speakers on the occasion also highlighted the role of Sofi Akbar after 1975 and said that he lived and died for his nation.
Those who spoke on the occasion included Ghulam Nabi Zaki, Ghulam Nabi Waseem, Ghulam Nabi War, Qutb-e-Alam, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, representatives of Traders Federation, Jamat-e-Islami and JKLF.
