Kashmiris being subjected to brute force in IHK: Speakers

Srinagar, June 11 : In occupied Kashmir, the Indian government and its occupation authorities are subjecting the Kashmiris, especially youth and students, to brute force to suppress the ongoing liberation movement.

The speakers included Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, High Court Bar Association President, Mian Abdul Qayoom, General Secretary, Ghulam Nabi Shaheen, Hurriyet leaders, Shakeel Ahmad Bakhshi, Bashir Ahmad Dar, Hakeem Abdur Rasheed, Javed Ahmad Mir, Nisar Hussain Rathar and prominent human rights activist, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, addressing a condolence meeting in Srinagar paid rich tributes to the martyrs of 2010 uprising.

They said that they were not expecting that the prejudiced Indian judiciary would punish the killers of more than 120 innocent Kashmiri youth. They said that the Indian government, instead of giving punishment to the involved troopers, grant them promotions and other perks and privileges,

The speakers appealed to the international human rights organisations and the UN Human Rights Commission to bring the killers of over 120 Kashmiri youth to book. They said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would definitely bring fruit and the people of Kashmir would get rid of Indian bondages.
