Congress Kashmir chapter for opposing BJP move with unity

In occupied Kashmir, the Kashmir chapter of the Congress party has said that granting non-Kashmiris permanent residential certificates will be violation of the territory’s laws and has asked for opposing any such move with unity.Senior Congress leader and former puppet minister, Taj Mohi-ud-din said in a media interview in Srinagar said, 65 years earlier, the laws of the state subjects were formulated and now any action to violate any principle should not be allowed.

He stressed the need for evolving a common consensus among the parties to thwart such an attempt with joint efforts.

He said that the refugees must not be given any rights to vote in the legislative assembly.
