In occupied Kashmir, former puppet Chief Minister and pro-India National Conference leader, Omar Abdullah has slammed New Delhi for holding up relief package for the flood victims of the territory.

“Dear Govt of India now that you are directly ruling Jammu and Kashmir can you please tell us why package for flood victims relief is being held up?” Omar wrote on Twitter.

It was for the first time that Omar Abdullah openly slammed the Indian government after demitting the office of the puppet Chief Minister on January 8.
