Washington, June 17 : American Muslim Alliance (AMA) and ICNA (Islamic Circle of North America) Council for Social Justice are organising a seminar on Kashmir on Thursday (21st June) at Chandni Restaurant in Newark city.The seminar titled ‘Do you know what’s happening in Kashmir?’ is being organised to send a reminder to the American policy makers about the right to self-determination of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Executive Director of Kashmiri American Council, Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai will present a keynote address on the occasion.
Other speakers of the event include Imam Zaid Shakir, Nihad Awad, Dr Hatem Bazian, Mark Hinkle, Dr Imtiaz Khan, Edward Hasbrouck, Shakeel Syed, Naeem Baig, Sabahat R Sherwani, Dr M Ahmadullah Siddiqi, Dr Agha Saeed.
JKLF Chairman, Mohammad Yasin Malik, Dr Shireen Mazari, Dr Shabbir Safdar, Mujeeb-ur-Rahman Shami, Salim Bokhari, Raja Asad Ali Khan and Abdul Samad will address the seminar via skype.
