Srinagar, November 09  : In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir National Front, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, has said that no package can be a substitute to the Kashmiris’ freedom from Indian bondage.

Nayeem Ahmed Khan, who is under illegal detention, in a statement issued in Srinagar paid glowing tributes to the innocent student Gowhar Ahmed Dar who was killed by Indian troops at Zainakote in Srinagar on Saturday.

He said that the Kashmiris were not sellable commodity and no package could be a substitute to their freedom. “Kashmiris cannot sell the blood of Shaheed Gowhar and one lakh more martyrs to economic packages,” he said.

“Money bags can lure those pro-India beggars who play the role of traitors to their people but not to the majority Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir who term it insulting to affiliate themselves with India,” he said.

Nayeem Khan urged India to shun its illogical stance on the Kashmir dispute and take steps to settle it according to the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
